As previously noted as an update to a previous article, we currently expect the Cala Homes and Free School Planning Application to be submitted in June/July 2014 although they may surprise us and submit it earlier.
We are continuing to build local support against the proposed 500 homes to be built on Green Belt land and are taking advice from planning and traffic survey consultants. We are also laying plans for a major publicity drive if the proposal should reach a formal planning application as gaining as much support from the local community will be essential.
