This consultation is one step in a long process which will lead to a new Elmbridge Local Plan.
We need funds to help raise the awareness of Elmbridge Residents especially in Cobham, Oxshott, Stoke D'Abernon and Downside, about the impact of these proposed options and the subsequent phases where further consultations will take place. It is likely that we will need specialised planning and legal advice to make robust challenges to the Local Plan if Elmbridge does not fully heed the feedback given through this consultation and subsequent phases.
It will be a long battle so we need to build a fighting fund.
